This standard represents the growth mind set and role model aspect of teaching. If we want our students to grown and learn we should adhere to those same standards. One of the biggest things I did when I was teaching was admit when I did not know anything and would search the question online or in the textbook. It shows humility and vulnerability that would show my students that it is okay not to know things, it also showed my students that the true value of Social Studies is learning the skills to research things and having a knowledge of the tools at our disposal as researchers.
